Pretty basic. In the islands they call it barbarian lobster. We got a cooler full around Islamorada. You throw them on the coals. Being civilized I used the bottom grate. When they stop moving and turn color they're done. Pop the tail and make Eggs Benedict with it. I usually add a touch more lemon.

Fantastic, We moved to Ft.Laud in 1970, and were in walking distance of the beach. We could snorkel right off the beach & have fresh lobster & snapper all the time. You made me remember those good times! However I have never had lobster Benedict.
