Smoked a slab of spares and one small pastrammi. Used my own rub with maple wood and sprayed with apple . Took about 5 1/2 hrs for all to be done temps were at 250. This was the first time useing maple a little to suttle for me but hell the wife likes it. Haven't tried the pastrammi yet the internal temp was 170. Any way here's a few pics
 
Looks good, bet that pastrami is gonna be tasty.
