Hey everyone how is going hope everyone is well, I mixed up 8lbs of Elk mixed with 2lbs of ground pork and mixed it with the LEM SS kit that was in the Sausage stuffer kit that I got.My question is has anyone else used this I just could not smell the seasonings?? Yes the mix was for 10lbs I stuffed into 2 1/2" & 1 1/2"casings set if fridge last night and now they are out on the counter at room temp for 1=2hrs then to the smoker they go. will post pics soon. Let me know if this is just a mild mix or what??? Also made 20lbs of the Mitchlitches spices of Jalapaneo SS Lem is in the Mahogany casings
