Ok..... I know what you all are thinkin... Pig is home by himself with nothin better to do today than make up stuff. I have to say breakfast was really good and as supper time rolled around I got to thinkin about the leftover spatchcock chicken I deboned yesterday. I cut me up a mess of it and put it in a pan to warm. Didn't cook it at all, just warmed it up. I put some more of the leftover ATB filling in the bowl........ this stuff consisted of extra sharp cheese, cream cheese, green onion, my buckboard bacon, diced jalapenozz and some sausage.

I got out a couple packets of Ramen noodles and boiled them up.

And the rest is history.... literally. I ate the whole thing. It was really good. I think you could throw just about any leftover meat in there with some cream cheese and green onions and make a meal. It took every bit of 5 minutes. Ok..... I am at home alone today.......... I don't know that I would call it shweeeeet but it was DANG good!

Hey PignIt,

Some of the very best meals come out of leftover bbq as a base, and then other stuff added to it. When Mrs. Engineer is away, I eat simply and more often than not it includes smoked something or other. I get more latitude to create stuff, as I am way less picky than someone that is dear to me, and often end up with simple meals that are fantastic. This one looks exactly like that.

For instance, yesterday, I had smoked chicken made into a chicken salad with a fried egg on top...it was really simple (maybe 5 min. or less), but my leftover smoked chicken really amped that thing up into a fantastic meal. Love your creativity and Qviews!
