Since it is raining here and I just checked to see how the temp was holding in today's smoke. I thought I would post last weekends smoked chicken q-view. Did some thighs and breasts, bone in and skin on. Marinated the chicken in Italian Dressing and a few other spices for 3 hours (all the time I had) than put int on the smoker for about 2 1/2 hours at around 275 used apple wood to smoke and apple juice to spritz. Here they are after 1 hour And after two, still spritzing with the apple juice,. Here is the final product, very juicy and tasted great.
