Last Sunday's Spares

this will be a two part thread, seeing how i have more than 10 pics.......

got a full slab of spares, and trimmed em up St. Loius style

the skirt, ends and riblets......i guess you could almost call these K.C. style

all rubbed up.......the main part of the spares and the skirt, rubbed with jeffs....the rest rubbed with 5 spice......ugh.....my momma loves it

Dude - very nice looking rack(s) you have

I especially thought the pic of the before/after trimmed ribs was a good visual of where to cut the full slab, to trim them st. louis style.
