LARGE SMOKER BBQ ON TRAILER
Up for auction is nicely built Smoker BBQ on a trailer. It is a complete mobile package. This BBQ would be great for anyone who needs to be able cook ALOT of food for lots of people. Examples: caterers, great for parties, Holidays, tail gating, grad parties, etc. It is extremely easy to operate and can produce lots of delicious tasting BBQ’d food. Many other smokers for sale have several small cooking surfaces with little doors. This monster has one large 55 inch X 38 inch cooking surface that can be filled with many pieces of meat or a whole butterflied pig! The large hood is easily lifted with the help of gas lifts. This Smoker is a great piece of equipment at a great price. This Smoker was built to last. Below is a list of features.
Features:
- All areas affected by heat are coated in high temperature black paint.
- Smoker is constructed using heavy duty materials and weld connections.
Trailer:
- Smoker is mounted on heavy duty trailer containing a standard 4-pin connector light set, 2" ball hitch, and brand new screw type jack. Tires have 90% tread.
Cooking Box:
- Contains one large 55 inch X 38 inch cooking surface made from flat expanded metal with three handles for easy removal by one or two people. The cooking surface is large enough to smoke a whole pig that is butterflied. Or it can be filled with many smaller pieces of meat. Just think of the size of the cooking surface, you can fit ALOT of meat on it to be smoked or grilled.
- Contains one 3 inch stainless steel temp gauge with easy to read temperature ranges for smoking, BBQ, and grilling.
- The large hood has two gas lifts to assist the user when lifting, you only need to lift it approximately 12 inches and the gas lifts do the rest!
- The duct connecting the cooking box to the fire box contains an adjustable damper to control the amount of smoke entering the cooking box.
- Contains two chrome stacks for chimneys making this unit really look great!
- Contains a 10 inch wide shelf for a convenient place to set utensils.
Fire Box:
- The large firebox is made from heavy gauge steel and is double walled (basically a box built within a box).
- Contains a removal grate for elevating the fire for proper air flow.
- Contains large door with locking spring loaded handle.
- Contains two sliding vents to regulate air flow into fire box.
