A new Korean store opened in Hawaii saw some pre marinated bulgogi and spicy pork and said to the wife let’s throw it on the blackstone

That kimchi looks properly soured too. I love kimchi but not fresh made. I buy a quart at a time, let it sit at room temp for 1-5 days until it starts to get bubbles and in the fridge for at least a month before eating it!

I used to make it but never got it as good as a couple of the Asian markets here.
 
Check out H Mart if you have one nearby. They always have piles of it ready to go. Good stuff!
That’s what it was wife even bought some bao buns from a local Chinese restaurant everybody enjoyed it
