I did a progressive Seafood Feast Sunday that went 6 hours. Wow was that good. Was doing the boil with potatoes, corn, Shrimp and Kielbasa last. Man was I full by this time so left the Kielbasa out. Now what to do with the Kielbasa. This dish popped up on facebook and looked perfect. It was very tasty. I had ordered six different FLATIRON peppers a while back. I opened a couple when I got them and just tasted from my hand. I was not impressed and set them a side for a while. I recently started using them and wow they taste good on food! There is a couple that are incredible.

Brian , that looks fantastic . Might be a good use for the Krakow I got to salty . Gonna try it for sure . Love an instant pot for this stuff .
Thats the last of the kielbasa you told me about at Sam's. It was good. I guess it time for me to make some now!
Look at the " Polish hot smoked " from Marianski . It's really good .

Being raised in a Ukrainian house hold we ate a lot of Kapusta (Polish Cabbage Soup). Was not one of my favs as a kid but as a adult I can remember the smell certain foods or certain dishes cooking. One of those dishes is Kapusta. Cabbageis cheap and served well for soups and many other things.

Looks very good Brian.
I am just not a cooked cabbage fan. Thankfully, my Norwegian mother didn't make boiled dinner very often.
Looks great Brian! I do one similar with turnips vs taters
I don't like turnip or rutabaga either raw or cooked.

I tried that recipe for my breakfast brats with scrambled eggs and cheese. Not enough spice for my taste.

What I find funny is when I made my last post Bibimbap I was buying what I thought was radish but turned out to be turnip. After cutting off the skin and slicing it up it tasted very similar to radish and worked well with that dish.

Sorry to cut in Brian but your dish looks great and I would love to make it myself.
