Kamado Joe Pizza

    so we made what is probably our best pizza to date. There is certainly a learning curve when making these, but man are they good. I can’t stand most retail pizza anymore.

    Ingredients: pepperoni, mozzarella, basil from garden, onion and some garlic sauce

    I just got a new pizza toy for the grill, 17” cast iron griddle, gonna probably fire it up this weekend

    I am curious how the CI griddle works out for you.
    I've only ever used used a stone in the gasser.

    Good looking Pizza. I love making pizza's in my Big Joe, they just come out so good.

    Nice pizza! Kamado pizzas come out great and so fast I try to grill something afterwards because it takes longer to start the fire than cook the pizza.

    Dang! Saw a take and bake pizza at Kroger and this thread made it irresistible to past up and the back bacon from last weeks smoke will be a great addition.
