Hey Gypsy, that's actually a bit newer... it's at least a '41, possible '46 to '48. The '38 had the headlights mounted on the sides of the radiator shell, and the grille was more oval shaped. In 39, they changed body styles to what you see there, 'cept the headlights weremounted to the fender, but more inboard. In '41, they sat directly on top of the fender, as is shown in the pic.

They stopped public production for the '42-'45 years, due to the war, then picked up again in '46, using alot (if not most of) the tooling from '41.

I used to have a '41... awesome truck! GET IT SOON!!!
