Just ordered the stainless Masterbuilt

Gets here on the 30th....I'm excited! No more trips to the gas station for propane and checking temps.........going to do the cast iron skillet deal so I can use chunks. I think about it like running a hair dryer for 10 hours but it can't be that bad, it's insulated and it goes on/off. Got it from Cabela's and made sure it was the later model, with the vent on top. Yahoo!

tonto, I think I'm going to stuff it with 321 ribs....they went over really well, and I can do some tradeout (ribs for fresh fish, etc)
