Hi everyone,

Just wanted to check in as a new member. I am in Florida. I am new to smoking (at the urging of my wife) so not a lot of experience as of yet. I did do some pork ribs a couple of weeks ago (in a Masterbuilt 40" electric smoker) and I was surprised at how well they came out. That got me excited to try other things. I will be doing some of Jeff's smoked wings tomorrow as an appetizer for Christmas dinner and a couple of whole chickens. Wish me luck!

and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
