Just came out of the smoker (Q-Shot)

  1. Used Cinnamon, Clove, & Black Pepper for an overnight rub. Used the 2-2-1 smoking time but had to take them out early because I couldn't keep my Smoke Vault below 250 F. without it going out. Had to re-light it twice. Topped with some Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Sauce. Gotta go eat! [​IMG]
