Jerky Racks

I got some racks that are 1/2" too wide to fit into my Masterbuilt Smokehouse. I cannot find any. Does anyone have a good source for different size jerky racks?

I use hickory dowels and just cut my jerky double the length I want and hang it on the dowel. Works good for snak stix too.

I was giving a suggestion of using expanded sheet metal once. You could try something along that line

I am considering doing my next batch of jerky on my expanded metal racks and laying more expanded metal on top of the meat so it will cook perfectly flat.
Anyone else done this?
