picked up a .80# pork tenderloin for $3 lol..throwin her on the smoker with some apple chips in a while..Qview coming soon! shouldn't take very long since it's under a pound.
 
tired it without bacon for the first time and i gotta say i aint to happy with it..the outside got a little chewy..not only that but i had a lot of trouble gettin good smoke out of the brinkman because i tired using a pie pan with holes in the bottom to hold the wood chips..ended up removing the pie pan and throwing some chips by the element for the last 30 minutes..not bad but it could have been a lot better
