Well this was supposed to happen yesterday, but I had to go golf 18 holes. Which was a good time and the weather was great. This evening it will be spinning on the minitisserie!

What did you shoot?  Did you increase the local alcohol tax base any?

Looking forward to the spin!
Lets put it this way, I haven't knocked the ball around in two years. I did okay, my long game was great but my short irons and putting didn't help me any! I should've parred every hole. I missed six birdie shots, all of which turned in boogie or double boogie shots! HA! I was pretty happy that I only lost two balls. One too water on a par three. Hit the green ball bounced backwards and then rolled down a hill and into the pond!  The other too a house on the back of the green. Who puts a house on the back of blind green?

Yes the beers were flowing!

I've only played 4 times in my 50 years.  3 of those times I've actually won money!  But only because the team required someone who had never played before...  I go to the course several times a year with coworkers, but I just drive the cart and flag down the beer vendors!

As for the house on the green, one of my coworkers has just that, he also has plexiglas windows and a SERIOUS golf ball collection...

Yeah we design houses all over golf courses. I'd never own one. We always get people asking how to protect the windows. Are number one answer is don't buy a lot on the golf course!

So now it's raining sideways. Hope this quits or it's going to be a wet smoke tonight! If it doesn't quit I wont be using the rotisserie.

Well here goes nothing. KBB in the booster with cherry. Rinsed off the brine from the bird. I know don't wash blah blah blah. Garlic powder and CBP. That's it. Currently spinning on the rotor in a rain storm. Photos may be limited today.

Pit is currently at 255 and climbing. I'll shut it down around 350.

Hmm, note self, it rains a LOT in Oregon!

Watching for the final!

It doesn't rain a bunch on the East side of the Cascades. That place you mentioned on the west side of the Cascades, yeah it rains a bunch over there.

Looks abit off center? How's the motor handling that?

You are correct Adam! It's doing fine. Normally I would go in perp to the cavity. This time I didn't. I did have to stop it once and tighten the toggle screw on one of the tines.

That little motor is a beast for a battery operated one!

Okay on at 3pm, done at 5:15pm. Skins a bit darker than I like, but that'll happen when you have sugar in your brine. Skins probably not quite bite through. But that is what ya get on a ramp up temp cook.

Skin ain't happening. Knew it wouldn't. Too much sugar, that's why we all should use fresh birds!
