Hello everyone,

I first came on this site last Tuesday looking for some help. I was doing a 16lb Boston Butt and I was afraid I was going to mess up royaly. Well, I can surely say that not only did I do an awesome job, but I am now required to do a butt every so often now. Thanks for the tips from everybody that gave them.

Glad you had a great smoke!  WOW 16 lbs is a large butt.  Was it one of those two pack deals like you find at Sam's Club?

Hey David, i am sorry for not having pics. I didnt think of it until after we started getting into the butt. And yes, it was a big butt. And Dean, it is. In fact, thats where I got it. Not only that, I think that is where I am going to start getting all my big Boston Butts from because they all looked good. every other place that I went to, they really didnt looked all that good.
