1 - small bottle white Worchester sauce
1 - small bottle Crystal hot sauce
1 - 2 oz bottle onion juice
1 - 2 oz bottle garlic juice
1 - stick of butter
2 - tbs McCormicks (or equiv) creole seasoning
splash of lemon juice

Note: Quantities of creole seasoning and lemon juice are approximate and can be adjusted to taste.

Install all ingredients in a sauce pan, heat until butter is melted. Inject.

Originally, I used this mixture for injecting turkeys before frying, but it is also good in other applications... try it!
... I've been busier than a one-armed paper hanger with the crabs... I kinda lost track!

Cheech, no I haven't tried it with pork yet, but it is great with poultry and beef.
