I'm smokin' today!!

Father in law asked me to cook some stuff for him to take to a work lunch this afternoon. He brought down 4 rump roasts said 3 for him one for me... i added a butt for him and a butt for me.... rubbed everything down last night... wrapped in plastic wrap... got started at 0430... will heat the beef up when he heads down to pick it up.... heres the qview start:

Yes i do! But you really cant beat the efficiency of a UDS!!

i burned about 8 lbs of charcoal the other day in "Ole Glory" it lasted over twelve hours!! Then I closed her up tight....this morning i went out to get ready for today... there was about 30% of that left in there!! I couldn't believe it!!

No snow here.... today is actually really nice! It was windy and chilly yesterday during the smoke.... today in the 50s and sunny! I took some more pics last night of finished stuff and didnt realize the camera was sayin- "cannot record-no memory card"... left the mem card in the puter!!
