Ike Butts with Q-View

Since it is my day off and I am waiting for Hurricane Ike to arrive, decided to throw on two butts this morning. I decided to try the Chris Lilly Rub and Injection recipe. Here they are so far. Looking good. Need to purchase a new thermoter. Cheap one I had took a dump. Should be having a good supper tonight.
