No...Are you talking about the 14 million people on the deportation chopping block?
A very true statement Charles, but still it's kind of an obscure post. Anything wrong buddy?...and love them, let them know because you never know when it will be the last time you see them...
I have a friend and we fish together every Friday, been doing that for years and this past Friday was the same. We got out on the water at daylight and started heading towards the place we had decided to start. Saturday was a tournament and we were scouting for fish we thought might win.A very true statement Charles, but still it's kind of an obscure post. Anything wrong buddy?

A friend and coworker of mine was killed on the job years ago. His wife told me that his last words to her as he was leaving for work that morning were, "Give me a hug and kiss before I leave 'cause you never know if it will be your last". It was. His body continued long enough so that she was at his side when he passed, but he never regained consciousness after the accident.
You're a great friend Charles... I know you will be there for your friends family... just remember to lean on your family for support. As I'm sure you are. But you have our continued thoughts and prayers!I have a friend and we fish together every Friday, been doing that for years and this past Friday was the same. We got out on the water at daylight and started heading towards the place we had decided to start. Saturday was a tournament and we were scouting for fish we thought might win.
Get to the place and we're putting out our rods, he's fishing the port side and I'm on the starboard. We're trolling and the setup is 6 rods on each side. I get all mine out while he's on the phone and then he gets 3 rods out. I'm running the boat and not really paying attention to what he's doing and I look around. He's sitting down holding his chest and complaining about chest pain. Doesn't take me long to realize this is serious and I ask him do we need to go, he says yes. Now I know it's serious.
I wind up all the rods as fast as I can and point the boat towards the dock which is about 2 miles away. Call 911, which unfortunately is not a good experience, and tell them where I am and where I'm headed and I need help, I have a man on board with chest pains. I can tell they're reading from a script, but I won't go into all that, I just need help at the dock.
We get disconnected and I immediately call back and get someone different who seems to know more about what's going on, where I am, and where I'm headed and says help is on the way. I'm trying to talk to them on the phone and trying to make sure my friend is still conscious.
Get to the dock and the fire dept. gets there first, then finally the ambulance. My friend is still responsive and answering questions, but says his chest is really hurting and feels like someone is standing on him. They get him off the boat and into the ambulance while I'm on the phone with his wife. I stuck my head in the side door and jokingly told him not to give them a hard time and listen to what they tell him. He gave me a chuckle and a wave.
At the hospital, they say they don't think he had a heart attack and are running some tests. Couple hours later, they say he has a tear in his aorta and taking him to surgery immediately. He didn't make it through the surgery.
This has left a big hole in my heart and my life, sorry for the vague post, but it is hard and I wanted to emphasize to always tell the ones you care for, that you do...
