I need a smokin' fix!

Due to various obligations and a honeydo list a mile long, my poor smoker has been sitting smokeless in my back yard. I aim to remedy that situation soon! I picked up a nice brisket flatty with point at BJ's yesterday, so it will become the weekend feast. I was looking for a packer, but they didn't have any. I'll mix up a batch of Dutch's beans and thow on some ABT s also.

I think I'll try SmokyOky's method... I've never done brisket that way before.

So you do all the mods...and then it sits unused...???

I know how the wife's honey-do list can alter my personal timing - get busy on that brisket and let us know how the mods work out....that means pics.

Actually, the only mods that haven't been tried are the chrome handles/pig mod...

Yeah, last weekend was pretty tied up, plus we had to go up to Jersey on Saturday to see my grandson's Allstar T-Ball game. That was a total riot, well worth the missed smoke time!

Hawg, I believe you are suffering from smoke deprivation. Open the Chargriller and take four or five deep breathes. Do this as needed until you begin your next smoke.
