I had no idea how to smoke meat but I have a $5k smoker!

How old is the smoker? Did you buy it new? Any idea how many cook hours it has?

Hey Jonah,
We bought the smoker new about 7 years ago but the smoker says the date of manufacture was 2/09/2010...
It was only used for one year...way to advanced for a beginner smoker like me. You're welcome to come check it out if you're in the LA area.

I attached some photos below... as you can see it needs some TLC.
It's been sitting in storage for over 2 years now.

It is a bit hard to tell from the photos, but what sort of TLC does it need?
