Hello all! Just wanted to introduce myself. New too the forum but have been barbecuing since I was about 15 years old. My grandfather was a Memphis Tennessee Pit Master. He taught me a lot and I hope to be able to share, as well as learn some new tricks! We all know smoking and barbecuing is an art. With that being said there are thousands of ways of creating art! There is no right or wrong way. (Of course this could be debated lol) Anyways my name is Ben. I own a bail bond company in Manchester Tn. We are about an hour from Nashville. Work is stressfull so in my free time the thing I enjoy most is taking a day to baby sit a pit. I am a weber guy. I have two smokey mountains and a genesis gas grill. Have a couple one touch gold kettles as well. As I said before I can't wait to explore around and learn some stuff! I don't care how long you have been barbecuing. There is always something evolving and something new to explore. Cheers!

David, thank you for the friendly welcome! I'm a junkie myself and love to take pics! Will just have to learn how to post them lol. Not familiar with "Qview" as of yet. Could you give me a tip on how to change my profile picture to this beautiful 4th of July brisket I cooked over the weekend?
