Trying to expand my cooking skills. I love barbecue and am excited about the challenge of making it for friends and family. There is just something appealing about a 12-18 hour smoke.
I have a Weber Gas Grill and an ECB "Gourmet" : ) to get me started. I'm day 2 of Jeff's class and look forward to asking some of the questions that have popped up already.
