Hi,

Trying to expand my cooking skills. I love barbecue and am excited about the challenge of making it for friends and family. There is just something appealing about a 12-18 hour smoke.

I have a Weber Gas Grill and an ECB "Gourmet" : ) to get me started. I'm day 2 of Jeff's class and look forward to asking some of the questions that have popped up already.

It was pretty good actually...and sometimes true : ) I used to live in Nashville and was a Titans ticket holder. Even got DirecTV last year to watch Vince. It was weird rooting for him. Cowboys are my team though...and when they are done it is Stars time : )

Before they built the Frisco DR Pepper center, the Stars used to have their pre-season training camp in either Breckenridge or Vail. I always took the week off, hooked up the camper and made a vacation of it. Would end it by watching the Stars/Avs 1st pre-season game. I'd always be decked out in my authentic signed Hatcher jersey. Usually always got some kind of snide remarks from divealanche fans, especially after we sent them packing in 99 and 2000 after 7 great games. I wish they'd come back up here.
