 Been smoking here and there on my Weber Gas grill, Weber Charcoal Grill, and a big green egg.  I love to BBq, make up recipes, copy recipes.

allways loved smokin low n slo  but the Weber and BGE are just to small to do multiple foods.

 Found this site and love it!  thanks that you all are here to help me learn more and tackle more challenges.

Any suggestions on a good horizontal backyard smoker?
