Just joined today. I live in West Minot Maine. I am an 82 year old widower after 60 years of marriage. My hobby since 1999 was wine making, last year was my last. I have a Walmart grill/smoker, a gas grill that I never use and a Weber that I do use for smoking. This year instead of making wine I intend to get more serious about smoking meat and fish, so, I have on order a Green Mountain DB pellet grill. Burning pellets is not new to me, I.heat my house with pellets. I am a Korean War Vet, my hello to all my brother vets out there.
