Looks like a FEAST! A delicious one at that!
Im still working on Fathers Day leftovers and the smoke is still in the air!

A nice pork loin for dad was about it.At 90 he sure as hell wasn't complaining especially when compared to what he usually eats.

smoked chicken and tri-tip, corn on the cob ( i soak it in water in the husk and then throw it on the smoker )
no pics. Turned out great i have never slow cooked a tri-tip usually direct grill. Was super tender and a great smoke ring.

I had to work Fri - Sun all twelve hour days - So needless to say my smoker saw no action.

Yours however Sqwib looks fantastic. Imma getting jealous.

Point for sure.

Chris

Mine was great! Up in Washington at the Daughter and SIL.
He got a new Weber Summit II gas burner, and we christened it with Hamburgs, Hot Dogs, and Grandpa Ribs.

We had a good Father's Day with good food and friends, and the only regret is that none of the kids were able to visit
