I am comparing the Bradley and Masterbuilt smokers and am torn. My biggest concern is overnight smoking. The Bradley seems pretty easy to set up and let it go for awhile by itself. This looks like it would be great for overnight smokes. My question is how often does one need to load the MBS to keep it smoking? Can it smoke for several hours or do you need to load it up every hour or less in order to keep it going? I will be setting the smoker up in my garage (not connected to the house) and the thought of getting up every hour or so when the temps are minus 20 to check on it is not very appealing at all. Any tips or hints that will make the MBS into a lean mean overnight smoking machine?
