Houston Sources Sought

I will be visiting Houston (Spring) next week. As I live in a small SC town I would like to take the opportunity to pick up some supplies. I usually get my Tenderquick at Krogers but would like to pick up some Instacure and look at grinders and stuffers. I have been to Gander Mountain near the Spring High School but wonder if there are some other places (preferably north of the City) that I should visit?

you have bass pro in katy tx. dont know if they have a cabellas in the area but if they do check them out.

Thanks eman. I have been to Bass at Katy. I will post on a woodworking forum which seems to have as many (if not more!!!) smokers than this site. Pete
