Read on the forum that a few folks smoked dogs.. So today when it was too hot to smoke the cheese I wanted I tossed on a few dogs... 5 deer dogs on the left side and 7 Boars head dogs on left 97 today..
Damn I would have never guessed that a little smoke would make them taste that good
Smoked for about 2 hours at 150-180.. Did not care much where the temp was for the dogs..
I will cut some up tomorrow and heat and put out with some BBQ sauce for a snake while I do my big weekend smoke.
