Hey guys just wanted to share my most recent build. So happy with how this came out! It started out life as a dish cart in a local restaurant. Initially I wanted it to run on electric but on my initial run with jerky, I was not satisfied with the taste, so I went to smoke daddy and got a pellet pro hopper. This thing is a beast now!

Nice set up. That PelletPro should heat it up just fine, what did you use for a heat deflector over the fire pot? Chimney?

Well because I originally had this set up for electric I had to drill more inlet and outlet holes. The dampers for top will be here tomorrow

Very cool, hope you post up some good cooks from that thing
For a trial run I did a simple stuffed banana pepper with cheese at 225. Did great after some modification. I had drill a couple more inlet holes. Smoke daddy said it was too well insulated for pellet and it had to breath. Once they were drilled, it's holding steady!
