I know that is a mouth full, but it sounded delicious. Started with the best ever marinade.
Veri Veri Teriyaki by Soy Vay

Chicken in the bag for two hours in the fridge.

Out of the marinade and into the MES at 250 with the Hickory dancing around.

Out of the smoke at 160 and into the kitchen for a quick bacon wrap.

Back over the heat on the ECB at 400 with the applewood smoke to finish off.

Finished product before the family devours!!

Thanks for checking out the Qview

Shoot, you told the rest of the world about Veri, Veri. Now they're gonna want to find it. Try their Hawaiian blend next time. Absolutely to die for. I just gotta give you some

. Just a hint, take that Veri, Veri and marinate some Country Pork Ribs in it.
