Just found yall and decided to join. My equipment is;
1: Coleman cooking machine gas smoker
2: Brinkman bullet charcoal smoker
3: Weber gas grill that I can smoke meat or grill depending on the mood
4: Weber Kettle charcoal grill.

I do not consider myself as a novice, however, I am not new to this sport. I generally use pecan limbs/wood for smoke.

My wife said if I get anouther grill she will devorce me, man I am going to miss her!
