Hi everyone,

I'm brand new to smoking meats, but am ready to start learning. I've got a New Braunfels Bandera, and already from my post in the wood smoker forum, I've learned I've got mods to do!

I've given a brisket one shot already that unfortunately didn't work out so well, but I'm going to do those mods and get back in there. I'm sure I'll have lots of questions, but I'm hoping to eventually ask fewer questions and start posting some pics of meats from my backyard.
