Beautiful East Texas pineywoods !
Well my first try with a brisket was less than stellar. It was tasty but tough. This time i'm going with lots of instructions from my friends here in SMF. (thanks folks). Porn to follow.............
Well hhersh here;s hopping you brisket turns out better then your canabil joke LOL. NAH It was really good it's one of then little quick jokes, it made me chuckle, and I'll use it a lot. I agree about this fourm, I learned soooo much here. I guess it's because you're getting help from all over the place not just your next door neighbor.
WOW.. the brisket temp is already up to 168*...in only 3 1/2 hrs. The temp in my ECB is only 230*...is it possible to get a false reading if the probe is in fat ???
