Hi robert here from sheridan wyoming. Been reading these forums for ideas for years now and finally signing up. Just smoked a pork loin that turned out great. I have a small char broil offset smoker. Had to get rid off my large one in a move.

My old rig was a bbq pro offset from kmart. Before they sold the new small version.i modified the smoker box and sealed it up tight. Was a great smoker. Now I have the 430 charbroil and it can handle half the meat I'm use to but hey I'm back to smoking and that what matters. It did great with a pork loin.
