After a few amature comps the past few years we have decided to throw our hats in the ring and go pro.
I am bringing 20+ years food service/cooking/catering/smoking experience to the team, as well as a honed technical approach, tempered with a bit of creativity to this, the real "sweet science".
Hoping for a great summer and looking forward to meeting some of you on the road this year.
