I am Mark from Nebraska. I've been smoking for about a year with a Masterbuilt electric smoker my sister got for me because of my love for cooking. Thinking it might be time to step up my game and build or buy a better smoker and see what I can accomplish.

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
