To start out with, what a GREAT web-site and forum. I started smoking about 4 yrs ago with a Char-Griller Smokin' Pro Grill and Smoker. Of coarse did all the mods I could find. About a year ago I purchased a Masterbuilt propane XL. I love this smoker after doing modification of coarse. Here's a pic of the last Pork Butt I did.
