Beautiful downtown Birdsong, AL
My name is Pete, and I am a smokeaholic. I really like smoked foods. Unfortunately, i haven't produced anything edible. I treied a turkey a couple of years ago on an ECB, but it was bad enough to make me not try anything else. I have been lurking here foe a week, and have done the 5 day E-course anf got the rib rub and sauce recipes.

I have learned a lot in my lurking time, and am ready to try again. Just need a good smoker. I am leaning towards propane because it would work better for me. Just need to decide, vertical brinkmann style or go for the BB GOSM?
