Hey Y'all! Newbie from Lufkin, Tx

Hello everyone! I'm Sigrid (I'm a chic!) and I hail from Lufkin, TX. New to smoking myself, have always just been the one to eat it!

I am starting off with a new Char-Griller Double Gas/Charcoal sides with a side fire box as well.

I'm sure I will be asking a ton of questions so thank you in advance!!
