Yep, mine has served me well. You'll be happy with it. Just cut the meat up into 1 inch or so size cubes, chill it down (30~32°F), and all will be fine. I often do one pass through the 4.5mm plate and it eats it just fine.

You will likely find some sinew and unground meat wrapped up behind the blade when you unscrew the plate. It isn't much and it's probably best left out anyhow. If doing 2 grinds, put the meaty stuff back through and toss the rest.

I picked up the same grinder last winter.

It does not like frozen meat. Just keep it cold and it will chew it down.
