Help finding a drum for a UDS in Northern VA

All this talk about UDSs lately has got me wanting to build my own.  I've talked 1 buddy into it so far and the other is on the fence.

Does anyone know where to get a drum or 2 or 3 for cheap or gratis in the DC area?
