I'm from central NJ and have a Masterbuilt propane smoker bought at the beginning of March (already posed a question in the propane forum about a yellow flame problem). With help from the forum here (great resource!) have done a couple of pork shoulders, brisket, ribs and chicken. Most have come out pretty good so far but I have been greatly underestimating the time it would take to finish and have had to use the oven on a couple of occasions...but I'm learning. Now I wonder if part of that has to do with the yellow flame issue but I guess when that's resolved I'll see for sure!
