I am very pleased to join this great forum! I have got very interested in smoking after helping my son win 2 People's Choice awards in Southern Oregon. I live in Salem, Oregon and my actual name is Dale. I am saving up to get a smoker and chomping t the bit. I tell everyone about this site. Stay tuned when I actually get a smoker - you will see a lot more from me!
