This site has been helpful in my few attempts to smoke so far.  I am a beginner in Austin Texas using a masterbuilt electric smoker.  So far I have smoked a beer can chicken, pork loin center cut roast and brisket.  I plan on using to smoker as often as I can and letting my imagination run wild with what to smoke.  I look forward to the helpful insights and knowledge as I begin my quest.

Thanks,

WJClements
