Hi everyone, I'm from North Carolina and new to the forum as well as smoking.  I grill on a Weber Platinum and have yet to buy my first smoker but I've been doing allot of research and watching allot shows on tv.  I'm leaning towards the Smokin-It 3 based on all that I've read.  A friend recommended the Bradley and he really likes it allot but I really like what I'm reading about the Smokin-It smokers.  I hope to have one some time this year.  For now I'll keep reading about how to smoke and recipes I find on here.  This is a great site with allot of great info.  Thanks for sharing!
