Just wanted to pop in and say hello to everyone from central Iowa. I've been smoking meat for a few years, and like to think I'm getting better - I usually get compliments, even when I don't think something turned out that great. I'm currently using a Char-Griller Smokin Pro, but I've decided to build a smokehouse, inspired heavily by atcnick's build. I will be adapting a few things to suit my needs of course, but it is going to look somewhat similar. I'm sure I'm going to have questions, so this definitely won't be the last you all hear from me!
